Billing

Install and choose a plan.
From the Shopify App Store. Shopify shows its plan page, and you approve the plan that fits your orders.
14 days free.
The trial is the plan you approved, free for its first 14 days.
Then the plan starts.
When the 14 days end, Shopify charges the plan you approved, with no second approval.
Cancel whenever you like.
From the Apps page of your Shopify admin, or by uninstalling. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.

About the price.
- Is any feature only on a bigger plan?
- No. Every plan has every feature. The plans differ only in how many orders they cover.
- What if my store goes over its plan's limit?
- Nothing stops and nothing is added to your bill. RefundSentry asks you, in the app and by email, to approve the plan that fits, in Shopify. Your plan never changes by itself.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes. You change plans in Shopify, and Shopify handles the switch.
- Is there a free plan?
- No. Every plan starts with the 14-day free trial, then its monthly price.
- Does the 12-month report cost extra?
- No. Approve full order history in Shopify and your first report reads up to 12 months of what Shopify has, during the trial too. Without that approval, Shopify gives apps the last 60 days.
- More than 12,000 orders a month?
- Ask us for a private plan through Shopify, or email support@refundsentry.com.
